The girls recently finished their first 9 weeks of school this year. Here is an e-mail we received from the 8th Grade Team:
Hello parents! I am hoping that some of your children came home yesterday and bragged about being recognized as having good character or great effort towards academics. Each 8th grade teacher chose a student that exemplifies character and 2 students who have shown great effort towards academics. We rewarded these students with a dessert bar during their lunch period yesterday.
Rymma came home all excited!! It was awesome to see the sparkle in her eyes as she explained the award and the dessert bar to me. What a confidence booster! We are SO PROUD of her and Julia!! :o)
